Director HRIS & HR Operations . This role offers a hybrid opportunity, with 2 days of remote work per week during the shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST. The base location for this position is Gurgaon, India.”

As a Talent Analytics Specialist, you will take the lead on a diverse range of projects within Valvoline Global Operations’ HR application landscape. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining oversight across all aspects of HR technology delivery. You’ll be a driving force, ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and that innovative software solutions of the highest quality are implemented. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for researching, initiating, coordinating, and managing various projects in the expansive field of Human Resources. These assignments span globally, are highly visible, and play a crucial role in both business success and colleague experience

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

People Analytics Leadership:

You play a pivotal role in people analytics by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visually presenting data using advanced statistical models. This data helps us gain deeper insights into our workforce, organizational culture, and current performance (including successes, opportunities, and trends). Ultimately, it informs business decisions and enhances HR processes. KPI and Metrics Design:

You guide the design of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive HR organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you actively contribute to data analysis and the implementation of solutions related to data integrity and consistency. Effective Communication:

You excel at simplifying complex processes, problems, and solutions. Your ability to convey information in a compelling, accurate, and highly visual manner is crucial. Trusted HR Data Resource:

As a trusted resource for executive leaders, you provide expertise in all aspects of HR data and analytics. You understand the key drivers behind HR data and deliver insightful HR reports to support decision-making at the leadership level. Project Management:

You take on the role of a project manager for HR operational enhancements. This involves driving optimization initiatives and overseeing all aspects of project delivery throughout its life cycle. Your focus ensures that teams remain aligned, energized, and on track to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related degree Minimum of 5 years

of expertise in

HR/People-focused data analytics Minimum of 5 years

of

Project Management experience

Licenses and Certifications

PMP Certification preferred SPHR, PHR or SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP Certification preferred SHRM People Analytics Specialty, CIPD People Analytics, AIHR People Analytics, or other People Analytics for HR (PAHR) Predictive Analytics certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

Proficiency in SQL : The ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. Hands-on experience with business intelligence (BI) tools : Familiarity with tools such as

SAP Business Objects ,

Tableau , or

Power BI

for visualizing and analyzing data. Familiarity with programming languages : Particularly

Python , which is valuable for data processing and automation. Strong problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset, and the practical application of these skills in the field of HR data analytics
