We are hiring for Pega LSA for our client Infosys.

Location- Hyderabad /Bangalore [ working from office is mandatory for 3 days a week]

Total Experience 8+ Years (minimum of 8 to 10 years of PEGA development)

Job Description:

We are looking for a very strong PEGA LSA who is familiar with the latest PGEA features and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of PEGA development with extensive hands-on experience.
- PEGA latest features like PEGA Infinity, including 8.9 and cloud migration
- Must have experience in working KAFKA Queue Processors, Job Schedulers
- relevant experience on PRPC/Case management
- troubleshooting & performance tuning of PRPC applications using Clipboard, Tracer, PAL and DB Trace.
- Strong expertise in UI, Process flows, Caching, Rule resolution, Activities.
- Expertise in PRPC flows, interpretation of complex Flow shapes for business scenarios, Activities, Agents, Tickets, SLA's and Routing.
- Experience in implementation of various PRPC components like Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Decision Maps, Declarative Expressions, and Indexes etc.
- Experience in writing Activities, flows, RDB connectivity using RDB methods, ConnectSQL, Data pages, Email Listeners, File Listeners, Decisions, Declarative rules, validations, Integrations using SOAP, Agents, SMA, and Performance tools,
- Extensively used Connectors and SOAP Services in Pega PRPC to integrate with external systems
- Proficient in using RDBMS concepts with Oracle and etc.
- Good to have 'Customer Service FW' knowledge
