Developing highly-creative brand identities, including logo concepts, illustrations, icons, vector graphics, imagery, as well being able to think holistically to connect ideas and create social media and/or marketing campaign strategies
Creating luxury branding and marketing materials that adhere to established design standards, including digital brochures, posters, magazine ads, POS, stationary, packaging, slide presentations, website design, website graphics, icons, social media branding and post content
Following design briefs from conceptualisation through to completion
Participating in creative meetings (remotely), sharing ideas and concepts with the team, including brainstorming with the Design Manager and eCommerce Manager
Working alongside a Junior Graphic Designer / Artworker to support ongoing projects, and a willingness to pitch in with lesser jobs if the Artworker is unavailable
Keeping up to date with the latest digital technologies and design software changes
We need you to have:
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and XD
Full understanding of preparing artwork and graphics for print, web, digital and social media
Extensive portfolio of high-quality UX / UI design work for start-ups and/or eCommerce websites
Strong communication skills with the confidence to clearly explain suggestions and discuss content ideas
Ability to take direction and work within brand guidelines
A keen creative eye for design and content
Strong spelling, grammar and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
An enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile for both clients and colleagues
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor s degree in graphic design, visual communications or other design-based subject or equivalent experience (formal training or education in international standards of graphic design is required for this role)
At least 5 years of experience in a graphic or digital design role
