Job description

Overview:

As a Graphic and Web Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital and non-digital experiences (product graphics, exhibition graphics, brochures and promotional materials). This role requires a combination of graphic design skills, a high level of web design proficiency, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating creative concepts into compelling visuals and interactive web interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for use in various digital platforms, marketing materials, and web applications.
2. Web Design: Design and implement aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
3. UX/UI Design: Lead the UX/UI design process, conducting user research, creating user personas, wireframes, and prototypes to inform the design and development of user-centric digital solutions.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure the alignment of design and business objectives
5. Front-End Development: Collaborate with our full stack developers to implement and integrate design elements into web and mobile applications, providing guidance on the technical aspects of design implementation.
6. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding elements across all digital platforms and materials, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
7. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs and enhance overall user satisfaction.
8. Stay Updated: Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, web design, UX, and UI.

Education/Experience

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience as a Graphic and Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. (+3 years preferred)
3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe XD).
4. Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, with experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing.
5. Front-end development skills with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
