Job description
Position Title : Electrical Engineer (Projects)
Job Responsibilities - Execution of Project as per respective Project execution plan.
- Resource planning as per execution requirement.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings & documents
- Follow Procedure/ work method to ensure safe working by the contractors / workers.
- Ensure Quality of work as expected & defined for the contract.
- Material Indent as per procurement planning.
- Service Indent as per site project execution schedule.
- Provide technical assistance to the team & contractors.
- Monitor Bar-chart and ensure implementation accordingly.
- Ensure that the Project execution operates within set safety standard & procedures.
- Support to project team for successful & timely commissioning of project.
- Conduct FAT/SAT of electrical equipment.
- Contractor Bill Verification for the work executed
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders for optimal performance
- Meeting with Team & contractors and resolving various grievances to ensure effective and timely resolution
- Ensuring EHS SOP's and their required standards implementation in respective areas
- Monitoring & Closing of EHS identified abnormalities
- Helping in Successful implementation of EHS initiatives in the department. E.g. PSM initiative wherein designing and updating Layout, P & ID, SOPs and upto date documentation etc.
- Help manage and develop the team to meet agreed objectives and to deliver best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
- To plan and delegate the work in efficient manner
- Motivate the Contractor team to effective execution
Experience & Qualification Minimum or equivalent qualification of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from renowned institute & should have around 5-10 years of relevant experience in the projects field.
