Designation:

Sr.ISR / TL ISR

Location:

Coimbatore

Responsibilities Include

Researching organisations & individuals online (especially LinkedIn & relevant websites) to

Identifying new leads & business opportunities.

Identifying reliable sources for buying relevant database

Scrub the database and shortlist the potential accounts for the ISR team to do calling activity

Motivate Monitor and improve the performance of the ISR team resulting in increase in the

no. of leads and/or the quality of leads generated

Telecall to Named / Major and large customers and create a meeting opportunity for the

KAMs and the BHs for a face2face / web meeting

Implement and improve the process to generate more and quality leads

Minimum requirements:

Graduate with good communication skills.

5 years experience and should have handled a team of ISRs in a B2B sales environment.

Experience in Data research scrubbing etc

Excellent team management skills

Openness to adapt the culture & new learnings.
