About the Role
About the role: The role will be responsible to provide operational support to Country / cluster BPAs and Finance teams by supporting intercompany invoicing process, monitoring, coordinating and tracking intercompany invoicing activities and NFCM controls.
The person will also be the primary subject matter expert (SME) for all the supporting country / clusters and will offer training and support for the process to new associates.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage Refund, reimbursement, balance sheet, NFCM processes with support from SFA/FAs as per the requirements of global guidelines and SLAs. Manage & record standard & recurring Journal postings, deep dive analysis of balance sheet differences, WBS management and settlements etc.
• Acts as SPOC, SME & business partner for BPA to ensure compliance and provides operational support for all Intercompany invoicing related issues and queries for all countries.
• Support in driving, tracking and monitoring various assigned country / Global KPIs. Provide accountable and transparent records for audit trail.
• Generate, track & monitor various management reports with deep dive analysis ensuring NFCM compliance and High standard process efficiency & quality. On-Board new joiners in the team with the relevant process trainings and concepts as an SME in the process
• Ensures review and production of necessary SOPs and WPs is carried out in re-quested timelines.Support and drive Process Improvements and change management.Support continuous evaluation of key processes (productivity and customer satisfaction)
• Demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and data driven mindset - a proven ability to manage business cases but to also see beyond the numbers, get straight to the heart of issues and provide insights.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross functional cross border teams. Mentor and coach, the associates to make them curious and bring the best out of them. Be agile with the change of business needs and adaptive.

Role Requirements
Essential Requirement:
• University level degree in Finance
• Chartered Accountant/ Certified Public Accountant is mandatory
• Financial background with 7+ years’ experience in finance, R2R / FP&A / FC&C in a leading multinational. 2 years of SME experience in relevant financial process is mandatory.
• Experience in transition and internal controls / audits
Desirable Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Outsourcing and/or shared services background preferred
