Job description

QHSE Consultant - Petrochemical environment - is responsible for the daily management of Security and Safety policies at the Oil & Gas construction plant. In charge of civil and other HSE engineer planning and drafting of the non-compliance issues. Additionally contributing to the global HSE procedures update integrating new procedures with should be aligned with the requested N1/N2 certifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily site coordination with Civil, Fire Protection, HSE and other 3rd party Contractors.
Daily Works permits validation via client proposed Application ( Security & safety certifs)
Safety and Security compliances monitoring, in association with all stakeholders HSE representatives at Plant
Daily reporting to Client project manager, including EPI policies at Oil & Gas plant
Daily Warehouse site compliances , Work Permits Management, Method Statement approvals tracking discrepancies
Technical coordination among teams
Conducting daily review for identifying any conflict in terms of area of working, work timings, permits etc.
Drafting Weekly site inspection report to be sent to customer project managers

qualification:

Bachelor's degree environmental, Computer Science, Systems Security and Safety
Minimum 2 years of Oil & Gas sector experience within the HSE / Site management
Experience in Project Coordination in a multi-national organization
Strong verbal and written ( French / English)

Location: Le Havre - France 

Start date: asap

Contract duration: 6 to 8 months

Daily rate: Around 500 Euros

This is a Full onsite position - mandatory
