As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role The role of a Client Integration Manager involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions and projects. The Integration Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes and sales support. The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential.
Responsibilities Sales Handover/Support:
- Support the business development process; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco's workflows, best practices and technologies.
- Provide RFI and RFP (Request for Information/Proposal) assistance
Project Manage New Business - Legal agreements
- Fee & Service level negotiation
- Existing clients/fund launches
- Existing clients adding additional services
- Management of virtual project teams
- Central point of contact during onboarding
- On-board clients to Citco's technology systems
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
About You Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics; CPA or CFA preferred
- Project management and/or client onboarding experience.
- Experience in either Front, Back or Middle Office operations a plus.
- External client facing experience a plus.
- Strong team player who exhibits strong communication and written skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
- Ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
- Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Powerpoint
- Project management qualification a plus
- Proficiency in Project management tools a plus.
- Candidates must have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices and a strong interest in further development and learning
