This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities of the role include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Location - Jaipur
Salary - 34k CTC
Accommodation Facility - 14 days for out station candidate
Relocation bonus - 10k
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer support, with experience in Customer Satisfaction
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems
- Ability to effectively handle customer complaints and difficult situations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is a plus
