Role Description

This is an immediate joining full-time In-office role for a Social Media Manager based in Pune. The Social Media Manager will create and execute social media marketing campaigns, generate engaging content, monitor social media channels, and conduct outreach to influencers and other strategic collaborators. The Social Media Manager will also implement and optimise social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. We're looking for a dynamic Marketing and Community Coordinator to join our team. This role demands a jack-of-all-trades with skills in social media handling, content creation, graphic design, merchant onboarding and event management. You'll be the voice of CIY, engaging with our community on social media, creating compelling content, organizing workshops, and building partnerships.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement and grow our online community.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, creative content for our blog, social media channels, and marketing materials.

Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including website banners, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Merchant Onboarding: Reach out to potential merchants, present our platform's value, and guide them through the onboarding process.

Workshop Coordination: Plan and execute workshops, handling logistics from concept to day-of-event management.

Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with brands, influencers, and other relevant entities.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing, Communication, and Content Strategy skills
• Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Writing skills
• Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns
• Proven experience & Ability to create engaging and relevant content
• Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Experience with social media management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, canva or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear presentation.
• Experience in event planning and management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
