About Us: Errwise, a burgeoning creative agency based in Bengaluru, specializes in providing innovative design solutions to US-based SaaS companies.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual who can bring a fresh perspective to our agency. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, capable of studying a brand and translating it into visually compelling designs that align with the client’s visual identity. In addition to client projects, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating portfolio pieces for the agency and designing for our marketing needs. Responsibilities: Study and interpret client brands to create visually appealing designs Type of work includes designing editorials and presentations, crafting social media creatives, print design, designing web banners and UI graphics, etc. Create portfolio pieces showcasing the agency's capabilities Design marketing collateral for the agency Communicate ideas clearly in English Utilize design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, contributing to the agency's growth Demonstrate a continuous learning attitude, staying updated with industry trends Collaborate with US-based clients, requiring fluency in English Work from 2 pm to 10 pm IST, including a hybrid work model (primarily remote with a few days in the office) Qualifications/ Requirements: 2-5 years of graphic design experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take on expanded roles Excellent English communication skills Based in Bengaluru All-time learning attitude, ready to upskill as required Salary Range: INR 4.8L to 6L PA Hiring Process: Design task (skill test): A mock creative brief will be provided upon submission of the application.
