Coordinate for registration of property documents
Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in law (LLB).
Must have 1.5-3 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge.
Must be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in Kannada is an added advantage
Good understanding of foreclosure.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Natural leader who displays sound judgement and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Should be able to work independently.
Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India), KSBC( Karnataka State Bar Council).
Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as a team player.
