Job purpose
- Responsible for 1 shift production in BPT – Assembly (Production).
- Adherence of Production (Plan vs Actual).
- Responsible for Safety, Zero PPM, Improve productivity as per organizational defined challenges.
Roles&responsibilities
- Adherence of Plan vs Actual of Production&sales plan.
- Responsible for Safety, Zero PPM, Improve productivity as per organizational defined challenges.
- Identify and manage 3M, Manage 4M change.
- Document control as per production systems (hourly&daily production report, WIs).
- Reduce operational cost and WIP.
- Responsible for skill development for operators, OJT plan adherence, DOJO training adherence, Assembly production.
- Manpower handling, shift planning (Min. 100 Nos manpower).
- Good knowledge of POKA YOKE, KAIZEN, JIT, KANBAN, FIFO, Lean manufacturing, OEE Calculation, Productivity improvement, consumable cost reduction, inventory control, Line improvements.
- Rework control, Process audit, Control plan, PFMEA, PFD adherence.
