Job description

Certified Scrum Master • Scrum master having around 8-10 years’ experience • Having very good communication skills • Run the team on a day-to-day basis and ensure keeping the team organized and on track • Host daily stand up meetings. • Running on Agile Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Showcase, Daily Stand-ups • Produce agile reports including following but limited to: Burndown report, Sprint velocity • Management of Sprint Kanban Boards • Work Closely with Product Owner to set Sprint Deliverables • Work with product owner and various technical stakeholders to review business requirement (user stories) and help convert them into software requirements • Having Project planning experience and managing the team of 8-10 members • Quick at picking up the way we work, understand systems. If they know Jira, rally, ado, bonus as those are systems we use. • Total of 58-62 teams they cover across NA and India. •

Working hours – the India team sometimes start late and finishes at midnight.
