Assistant Professor/HOD-Accountancy, Audit & Taxation

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor/HOD-Accountancy, Audit & Taxation at Inspiria Knowledge Campus located in Siliguri. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching accountancy, audit & tax courses to students, preparing and conducting examinations, participating in student recruitment, and leading and mentoring faculty. The successful candidate will also serve as the head of department for accountancy, audit & taxation department at the institution and provide administrative support and supervisory leadership to the department staff.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Accountancy, Commerce, or related fields
• 5-7 years of experience teaching accountancy, audit & taxation courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
• Demonstrated knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of Accountancy, Audit & Taxation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated abilities in research and publication in relevant fields
• Experience in curriculum design and development and familiarity with standard assessment and grading methods
• Previous experience in academic leadership roles such as Department Head, Director of Studies, or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in managing and mentoring faculty members and administrative staff
