Job Description: -

Handling, finalizing of Payroll book close process and

Actuarial Valuation process (employee cost

provisions)

Review of schedules & various statements prepared for audit

 Maintain proper back up files for reference & audit

 Ensure accuracy & completeness of entries

 Ensure internal controls & SOX Compliance.

 Preparation of critical schedules as per closing of books plan.

 Preparation of notes to accounts/disclosure statements for financials & variance analysis.

 Actuarial Valuation data checking and Schedules

 Ensure matching of Related Party Transaction data for Actuarial valuation / Salary cost

 Reconciliation of accounts.

 Review of information / details required for Tax Audit
