Position: Manager HR

Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Learning & Development:
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify training priorities.
- Facilitate training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, technical skills, and compliance training.
- Develop and maintain an effective onboarding program for new hires.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- HR Management:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Oversee employee relations and address concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other HR functions such as compensation and benefits to ensure a holistic approach to HR management.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, learning program effectiveness, and other relevant HR KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager with a focus on Recruitment and Learning & Development.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and learning and development principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
