Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Head HR for Bangalore location
Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Planning:
- Directs strategic planning aligned with overall business objectives.
- Forecasts future HR needs and formulates succession plans.
- Contributes to long-term strategies driving organizational progress.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develops robust strategies for attracting top talent.
- Orchestrates seamless onboarding processes for continuous skill influx.
Training, Development, and Performance Management:
- Conducts targeted training programs to update skills and industry knowledge.
- Implements performance appraisal systems and fosters high performer talents.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Facilitates a harmonious work environment by addressing concerns and mediating conflicts.
- Initiates programs for grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee recognition.
Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance:
- Designs competitive compensation packages and ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Administers payroll activities and cross-checks payment claims for accuracy.
Safety, Health, and Change Management:
- Ensures safety protocols and manages organizational changes.
- Minimizes resistance during transitions and communicates effectively.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Guides HR professionals, delegates responsibilities, and fosters a growth-oriented culture.
- Promotes continuous learning and addresses conflicts for team growth.
Collaborative Integration and Alignment:
- Facilitates collaboration across departments to integrate HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree in HR or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 20 years + of professional HR experience.
Skills Required:
- Extensive HR experience with a focus on succession planning and organizational development.
- Proven success in designing and implementing succession planning programs.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Proficient in stakeholder interaction, negotiation, and decision influencing.
