Improve execution by supervising the working of MDC, Sr

Build strong relationship with Whole-sellers, Distributors, Sub- distributer, and retailers
Enhance their efficiency by pushing sales
Responsible for payment, outstanding, load planning & ordering as per the targets
Should attend & resolve customer complaints
Should ensure total product management (TPM) including product rotation in the market Responsible for scheme/ discounts and its implementation in the routes/ markets
Plan & monitor the placement of SGA/ signage in the routes/ markets
Should track the value generated by placement of assets with co-ordination of salesman
