Role Context

As a vital member of the ID&F Client Delivery and Implementation function within our Decision Analytics division, the role of Delivery Analyst centers on providing clients with support and helping them to consume our exceptional software solutions. This position is tailor-made for a candidate who excels at:

• Ensuring robust client engagement throughout all project phases.
• Conducting software configuration across various software suites.
• Performing analytical tasks to support clients in defect management.
• Offering comprehensive client support throughout the entire project lifecycle (Build, Test, Run).
• Crafting lucid and impactful documentation to underpin processes and procedures.
• Contributing to a vibrant Community of practice, fostering continuous improvement.
• Operating independently or as part of a team, proactively taking the lead when appropriate.

This role is your gateway to cultivating a versatile set of business, technical, and interpersonal skills. You'll collaborate with some of the world's largest organizations, enabling them to respond swiftly to market dynamics and opportunities.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

• A degree in computing, analytical, statistical, or equivalent experience.
• A robust analytical acumen with a logical mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, coupled with presentation skills.
• High motivation, a natural inclination to take initiative, and the ability to work autonomously, within a team, or under guidance.
• Drive, ambition, goal orientation, and unwavering enthusiasm.
• Skillful multitasking, organization, and prioritization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including the latest versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and Service Now.
• Experience working in an agile environment and in a KANBAN-driven setting.
• Skill in facilitating workshops/meetings.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with a LINUX based operating systems environment.
• Working knowledge of XML and/or JSON interfaces.
• Prior experience in delivering/configuring software solutions.
