Job description
Lead a team of sales associates to meet and exceed monthly sales goals Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service Monitor daily sales activities and provide feedback to ensure that all sales associates are meeting their individual goals Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Create and maintain an inviting store environment by ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked Manage inventory levels and order new merchandise as needed Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner Participate in local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness
