Responsible for Analysing tenders/ RFIs from Govt. Of India/ International markets, Preparation of technical response to Tenders/RFIs/ RFPs and lead the relationship with counterparts.
Preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specification, operating budget and financial terms and conditions of contract.
Involved in defining Project management, Process and Manufacturing requirements including Capex and OpenX requirements, program parameters or guiding internal research and development efforts in assigned field. Works with MOD/ Tri services/ OEMs to determine needs, requirements, and new business opportunities. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
Identifies opportunities in emerging markets for a project or program in domain. Identifies opportunities to expand sales to existing customers or sell programs to new customers.
Program Manager will work with various Project Stakeholders, Systems Leads and representatives and will support organization to analyze proposals with respect to cost/risk/quality, lead source selections and negotiation teams, and monitor subcontract costs, schedules, and technical performance.
Lead Negotiations of contractual changes including coordination and preparation of business proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Use of advanced application of technical and business principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical and business problems.
Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
Ensure effective communications and relationships between customers and project team members.
Qualifications EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must:
Bachelor's in mechanical/ electrical /Electronics / Aeronautical engineering.
Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering/ Management
Desirable:
Minimum BE with working experience of more than 10 to 15 years in relevant fields.
Must: RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years related experience.
International exposure will be added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
Working experience with multinational/international assignment/large project is preferred.
Earlier work exposure of Missile and Radar production, R&D, Testing, and integration is preferred.
