Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales executives, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the housing finance sector
- Leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, and a Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management and business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
