Job Title – US_ Payroll Executive
Qualification & Experience
Graduate - Any
Post Graduate: MBA/PGDM – HR/Finance
Experience =4-5 years
Responsibilities & Duties
Compensation
- Responsible for end to end payroll processing of all employee's for United States, Canada, South Africa and United Kingdom.
- Should have managed Payroll in-house and not only through third party.
- Ensuring calculation and timely submission of all statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of Payroll System for payroll processing.
- Coordination with all process owners for Payroll inputs in terms of incentive payments & other relevant allowances.
- Preparing full & final settlement of exiting employees.
- Timely salary disbursement.
- Preparation of Global and Local MIS reports.
- Making bank transfer reports of all salaried employees.
- Good knowledge of Income Tax Act pertaining to salaries for United States, Canada, South Africa and United Kingdom.
- Awareness of types of audits and confirming to audit requirements
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Benefits Management
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Payroll and Financial Accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and Payroll Software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
