Job description
Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social media platforms, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., referrals, networking events). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for open positions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles, including but not limited to software developers, system administrators, database administrators, project managers, etc. Coordinate and schedule interviews, technical assessments, and other evaluation processes between candidates and clients. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring progress. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for candidates joining client organizations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, job requirements, and recruitment activities. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment to enhance sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy. Familiarity with the Indian domestic IT market and an understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT job roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing candidates and meeting recruitment targets. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements. Prior experience working onsite in Noida or a willingness to relocate.
