Job Description Basic Information Unique Job Position (UJP) Cluster Marketing Reporting To Regional Marketing Manager Value Stream Revenue & Customer Services Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat Organization - Reliance Retail -Fashion & Lifestyle Purpose of the Role Works towards execution of marketing campaign, with tie-ups with local players to offer freebies to Trends customers for delight factor. Perform competition study and appraise HO of the same regularly while ensuring regular practical and quality data entry into the system. Key Activities that are a part of the Role Strategy and Planning- Plan/ Foresee the catchment areas which would be feed for future/ expansion of Business. Proposing the actions that help the stores have footfall. Scheduling the Gifts Availability across the stores as per calendar demands. Ensure Good Customer Service leading to healthy Net Promoter Scores throughout the seasons. New Store Opening (NSO) campaign planning well in advance (n-15) days. Project Management and Financial Planning & Budgeting- All BTL Activities has to planned with on budget only. Not to exceed BTL budget - Trends & Extn - 0.7%, TST - 0.96%, FW - 0.70%. NSO Stores planning well in advance po has to raise 15 days in advance. NPS should be in 75% above. Loyalty Program is well Run to be measured by R-One Program Matrix. Achieve Annual Objectives Plan (AOP) salesw.r.t. MKTG. People Management- Coordinate with all the store team to complete all the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) on time. Coordinate with the vendor to execute the works as per time lime. Coordinate with HO Team to get the PO & Artworks Approvals/ guidelines on time. To Ensure timely Closure of customer complaints. To explain the NPS score to the store team & how to increase the NPS Score. Policies, Processes & Procedures- Better GRN processing & Adherence at stores. More efficient PO generation process. Customer - Organizing Customer exit interviews to understand pain points / feedback from shopping / non-shopping. Tie-ups at local level avenues will help customer satisfaction. Listing of Activities performed by the job holder to deliver the outcomes Foresee the catchment areas which would act as a feed for future/ expansion of Business. Ensure Good Customer Service leading to healthy Net Promoter Scores throughout the seasons. Ensure that all the BTL Activities are planned with on budget only. Explain the NPS score to the store team & contribute inputs on how to increase the NPS Score. Ensure that there is a continuity in bettering the GRN processing & Adherence at stores. Organize Customer Exit interviews to receive feedback.
