Job description
We are looking for a customer-oriented and data-driven Customer Relationship Manager to manage the end-to-end life cycle of a customer. This person will ensure that all customer interactions are timely, effective and efficient. The interactions include pre-orders, invoicing, payments, refunds, and response to customer inquiries.
The successful candidate would have keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and great communication skills. Someone experienced in sales, customer service, helpdesk, and billing would be effective in this position. This is a 100% remote position where you will collaborate with distributed team members. This person should be able to work on the Pacific time zone business hours.
What Youll 'Mostly' Do
- Respond (via CRM) to customer inquiries within 24 hours of customer contact
- Convert leads into opportunities
- Create sales orders and invoices for customers
- Provide guidance about orders and billing for customers
- Properly escalate and track issues
- Coordinate with Accounting regarding invoices and refunds
- Resolve helpdesk issues, escalate to technical team for any technical issues
- Promptly Assign field request to the field team
- Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the customer teams planning efforts.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer team process improvement.
- Document all interactions with customers
- Ensure that you meet KPIs and goals are aligned to company OKRs.
- Continuously learn customer service and sales best practices
- Make outbound outreach (via email) to promote our product
- Serve as the companys Ambassador to all customers.
