Drive sales and service group insurance plans within Housing Finance Company. Build relationships understand client needs and promote company Lifes Group Credit Life solutions.
Position: Relationship Associate
Department: Group Credit Life
Pay Roll: On Roll Permanent
Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
Experience: 1 to 4 Years in the Sales Department of the Banking and Insurance domain
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong partnerships with employee and RM within corporate and housing finance clients.
Identify potential leads present product benefits tailor solutions and close sales.
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Work with underwriting and operations for efficient policy issuance.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offering
Desired Candidates Profile:
Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong problemsolving analytical and organizational abilities
Proven ability to build trust and longterm relationships with institutional clients
