Educational qualification: BTech/Masters/PhD
- EY GDS is looking for a motivated, result oriented and quality focused experienced and skilled MDM developer who has deep knowledge and expertise in developing MDM solutions using tools like Informatica MDM,STIBO etc. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the industry, using advanced techniques and technologies.
Role Description:
- Develops components which are composed of models, policies, rules or standards that govern which data is collected and how it is stored, arranged, integrated and put to use in data systems.
- Develop solutions that define the master data (internal glossary of key data items), the reference data (external glossary of standard data items and values) and meta data (the data that describes the data set).
- Must have completed at least 2-3 end to end MDM implementations using any MDM tools – Preferably Informatica MDM .
- Must have the technical acumen on different MDM tools
- Hands on experience with MDM hub configurations, Data modelling & Data Mappings, Data validation, standardization, cleansing Match and Merge rules, Active VOS, SIF Framework and MDM User Exits and Workflows.
- Good knowledge with Java , webservices and experience with making BES calls.
- Well versed with best practices of match rule tuning.
- Good to have knowledge on ETL, IDD tools, Data warehouse, Data lakes etc.
- Collaborates across the business to understand data requirements and helps develop solutions that will deliver business value
Key Skills:
- 4-8 years of hands on experience in Informatica MDM
- Strong expertise in the application development using Informatica MDM
- Good to have understanding on other MDM tools like Stibo.
- Proficient in Java and SQL programming
- -Excellent Data management and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of end-to-end product development lifecycle in different environments such as dev, QA, and production.
- Git version control and Agile development experience.
- Capability to define the models and standards by which data is sourced, stored, distributed and governed within an organization
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consulting skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end to end project development, testing, deployment, or maintenance.
- Ensuring the solutions meet the client requirements and expectations
- Communicate effectively with the clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project
- Identify new opportunities and work with managers to generate the proposals and plan
- - Present the solutions and showcase the value proposition to senior stakeholders
