What we are looking for: - The Product Manager will contribute to the product lifecycle and commercial success of one of Soroco products. S/he will work with cross-functional teams in Bangalore and Boston to define the strategy and roadmap for a current or new product, and evaluate development, and enable sales and usage of the product.

The role purpose and scope: - Contributing to the ideation of a "customer-backwards" vision of a new or existing product by Market research, including web searches and attending relevant conferences Building consensus around the vision across a team of stakeholders, and translating the vision into user stories that enable efficient development Defining success criteria for the product (e.g. usage target, satisfaction points) and working with finance on budget estimates and revenue goals Supporting the development of an elegant, vetted, market-ready product by Leading sprint planning to ensure appropriate sequencing of user stories to drive impact quickly Defining the definition of "done" and any related metrics Assisting with product launch and sales enablement adoption Working with product marketing to highlight critical features, and signing off on the accuracy and positioning of sales collateral Monitoring success and usage criteria, and developing new user stories to drive product improvement

Experience and skills 4+ years of product management experience, with an excellent record of accomplishment in delivering on time and on budget Excellent "product thinker" skills with an appreciation for the "customer backwards" approach and the use of data to drive decisions Outstanding ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage a considerable workload, all while gaining respect and buy-in from cross-functional teams Excellent process-oriented thinker who wants to invest in systems that support scale and reduce redundancies Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a highly professional presence and phone manner with clients Scrum certification a major plus
