The CBE Admin will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our competency-based education programs. This individual will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of educational services to our students. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Support:
  • Assist in the implementation and management of competency-based education programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to develop course materials and assessments.
  • Provide support to students enrolled in CBE programs, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Coordinate scheduling for assessments, exams, and other program-related activities.
  • Manage enrollment processes and assist with admissions procedures for CBE programs.
  • Communication and Outreach:
  • Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding CBE program inquiries.
  • Communicate program updates, deadlines, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote CBE programs and attract new students.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of CBE program delivery and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess student outcomes and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in higher education administration, preferably in a CBE environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of educational technology platforms and learning management systems is a plus.
