Job description

Planytics is a AI/ML enabled Supply Chain Planning Software. The company was incubated at IIT-Madras Incubation Cell.

At Planytics, we're looking for a customer success manager who has a good knowledge of supply chain with a flair for technology and who possesses a strong drive for achieving results. The ideal candidate will have impeccable relationship skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals. 

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to get the most out of Planytics, manage accounts effectively.

• Train on new features and enhancements for new customers and to existing customers.

• Be the single Point of Contact on all the customer/account queries.

• Be an effective sales engineer who helps accelerate the sales cycle by providing customized demos to prospects.

• Actively participate in the product development life cycle by being the bridge between the customers and the product development team.

• To take complete ownership of implementation life cycle, meet monthly 'Go-live' targets.

• Be an active stakeholder in the integration business planning exercise that are conducted internally.

• Guide customer/end users on supply chain best practices, spanning inventory, production scheduling, supplier relationship management and S&OP.

• Actively sync up with the sales team and the engineering team.

• Conduct & submit periodic reports or analysis on market competition.
