Job description
Generate validation plan based on the set process, communicate across the teams.
Plan & communicate for the test setup requirements, bookings, test equipment availability.
Vehicle preparation / instrumentation for thermal validation.
Thermal validation & data logging on vehicle with required instrumentation set up.
Execute validation based on the standard guidelines ensuring data acquisition during the tests.
Process data & analyze records for the fulfillment of targets.
Vehicle level testing for identification of issues, root cause analysis, resolution with other departments or Supplier.
Report preparation & communication with the stakeholder.
Representation of test results & analysis in common meetings on issues escalations.
Report generation, daily communications .
Knowledge of Vehicle attributes and aggregates, vehicle systems interactions with each other.
Thermal validation in cars with IC e ngines & EV's.
Engine cooling, heat management, battery cooling, power electronics cooling/heat management.
Data acquisition/data logger, data analysis tools, report writing.
Proficient in driving of test vehicles.
Issue management tools such as 8D, MINT, JIRA .
ËœProject management skills - tracking the milestone-based deliverables & timelines.
Preferred to have hands on experience in RMDV 2 and MS Office tools like Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong Verbal and written communication skills to represent attributes status at var ious forums.
