Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals to support our organization's growth and success. As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 2. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. Conduct initial interviews to determine their suitability for specific positions. 3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles. 4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through the final interview stages and job offer. 5. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:  Proven experience as an HR Recruiter in a sales hiring.  Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.  Experience with high-volume recruitment in a manufacturing setting.  Knowledge of the manufacturing industry's specific hiring requirements.
