Requirements:
1. **Project Execution Skills**:
- Ability to execute projects following the mentioned process and activities, collaborating effectively with a team to achieve project goals.
2. **Experience in Full-Stack ML Applications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in building, shipping, debugging, and operating full-stack machine learning applications in a production environment.
3. **Proficiency in Classical ML Algorithms**:
- Demonstrated experience with classical machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality reduction techniques.
4. **Mathematical Modeling Skills**:
- Ability to develop mathematical models for analyzing data patterns and profiling, enabling effective decision-making in ML application development.
5. **Hands-on OpenCV Experience**:
- Practical experience with OpenCV, a widely used open-source computer vision library, for tasks such as image processing, object detection, and feature extraction.
6. **Understanding of ML Model Mathematics**:
- Strong understanding of the underlying mathematics behind machine learning models, including linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, and optimization methods.
7. **Model Debugging Proficiency**:
- Proficiency in model debugging techniques, including identifying and resolving issues related to model performance, accuracy, and stability in production environments.
8. **Familiarity with Multi-GPU Environments**:
- Familiarity with working on multi-GPU rigs and cloud GPU instances, particularly with Linux operating systems, for efficient training and deployment of machine learning models.
