Job description
Complete ownership of O2C activities by making sure controls mentioned in credit policy are effectively running.
Maintenance of pricing, credit limit etc. in SAP.
Tracking & monitoring of O2C controls like customer overdue ageing, volume, per ton revenue, variance with ABP and previous months etc. on weekly and monthly basis.
Preparation of Quarterly Midterm review plans and annual business plan for sales forecast.
Helps the business in various Ad hoc business requirements. Coordination between users and SAP IT team.
Automation projects by identifying requirement of business and raising track IT and doing UAT.
Responsibility of providing audit samples to auditors.
Automation in reporting systems by using power BI etc.
Support in cross functional projects like SAP HANA implementation
Preparing audit schedules related to Revenue.
Preferred Skills :
Hands on experience in SAP SD module.
Experienced Microsoft office user especially excel & PowerPoint
Requires co-ordination of multiple jobs at a time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements - CA Inter/MBA
DESIRED EXPERIENCE : 3 to 5 years working experience in O2C activities
