Job description

Hiring Senior Manager HR for reputed manufacturing industry at Srikalahasthi.

Experience : 16 – 20 years Preferably from manufacturing Background. Location : Srikalahasthi, Andhra Pradesh Qualifications :  Master of Labour Management (MLM)/ MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) or any HR Post Graduation:  Speaking Hindi / Telugu language is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities:  Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.  Collaborate with senior management to define HR goals and objectives in support of the company's strategic plan.  Responsible for end to end online Performance Management System (PMS) Process  Experience of leading specific initiatives like Retention strategy, Succession planning, Talent mobility and skill enhancement  Strong in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management  Career counselling / career development  Ensure error free and smooth Employee Life Cycle Management (Pre-hiring operations till Joining and then exit).  Payroll Administration through SAP  HR record management, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR related documents.  Monitoring incentives and other salary-based compensation and pay out details.  Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, R&R, performance, dashboards, etc.)  Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function.  Engage regularly with all stakeholders and work as a member of the site leadership team to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda  Training Need Identification (TNI) and preparation of Annual Training calendar  Track and manage the success rate of learning programs and learning curve of the respective audience on a regular basis.
