Job description

Roles And Responsibilities

Preparation and maintenance of consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiaries.

Develop and maintain system for prompt and timely maintenance of financial and accounting information incorporating changes on account of latest developments in accounting standards

Ind AS/Accounting Standards/other IGAAP

Quarterly analysis of Financial Statements for different businesses & subsidiaries.

Prepare monthly corporate MIS report stating the comparison of expenses and budget of the corporate functions and subsidiaries.

  • Preparation and review of Quarterly Board Meeting Documents
  • Responsible to all direct taxes compliances including Income Tax return/ TP Audit/ Tax Audit of the company and subsidiaries.
  • Taking care of Income tax Assessment work.
  • Supporting business team on direct taxes related queries.

Preparation of CMA data for bank account renewal/review.
