'Servicenow Developer with 4-5 Years of Exp in ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM
Experience with Web Service Integrations (SOAP / RESTful) in ServiceNow.
Service Portal design and intermediate level Configuration experience.
Experience in Service Catalog development and Workflows.
Experience working in Demand Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Survey, Knowledge and Cloud Management.
Experience with CMDB/Asset Management preferred.
Must have experience with building Custom Applications in ServiceNow.
Experience with Integrating ServiceNow Applications with third party applications including cloud applications (Azure)
Expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML and ServiceNow Glide API s.'
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
