Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives. - Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices. Sales Strategy and Planning : - Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align telesales goals with overall business objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Training and Development : - Provide comprehensive training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members. - Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to address specific needs. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Customer Relationship Management : - Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients. - Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments to provide solutions. - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Process Improvement : - Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the telesales team. - Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity. - Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed. Reporting : - Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Qualifications and Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in telesales, with a minimum of 5 - 10 in a managerial or supervisory role. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Job tags
