Your day-to-day is…- Oversee day to day invoice processing, help in new vendor onboarding, maintain copies of invoices, documents or correspondence necessary for files.
- Communication with 3rd party service provider (OATS team) regarding invoice processing, payments.
- Work on monthly vendor provisions, TDS and GST related requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to manage cash flows and payables.
- T&E review as per policy and corporate card reconciliation.
- Work closely with employee & corporate card reimbursement.
- Conduct expense claim reimbursement trainings.
- Mapping the expenses to respective GLs and departments.
- Assist in month-on-month close process for Zocdoc India.
- Assist in local and annual global audits.
- Collaborate with Managers, team members, bank and vendors for recording and disbursing payments.
- Manage queries from both internal teams & external vendors.
- Any adhoc tasks as needed.
You'll be successful in this role if you have…- Graduation or Post graduation degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience (working with international teams is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ready to take initiatives and multitask independently.
- Good knowledge of basic MS Excel
- Experience with any accounting ERP preferred.
