Role and Responsibilities
CRM Data Entry and Management
- Enter and update leads and customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness, regularly validating and cleaning records.
- Monitor lead progress and update statuses as required.
Document creation on MS Office
- Create and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Design templates, ensuring consistency in branding and formatting.
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity before finalization.
Coordination with Marketing Agency
- Act as the liaison between the company and the marketing agency.
- Communicate campaign requirements, objectives, and timelines clearly.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and assets between internal teams and the agency.
Expert in Google Sheets
- Utilize Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and track various data sets.
- Create complex spreadsheets for data management, reporting, and analysis purposes.
- Implement formulas, functions, and data visualization techniques within Google Sheets.
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
