Responsible to identify, assess and evaluate the third party risks at the time of on-abording and during the life cycle of the empanelled vendor
Responsible to evaluate the risk arising on the basis of new regulatory changes on outsourcing and assist in the implementation of appropriate controls to mitigate these risks in Bank
Have a clear understanding of Third Party /Vendor Outsourcing on a centralized platform and Business Continuity in Banking parlance from the Corporate Office perspective
Ensure continuous testing of Critical process per BCP plan, evaluate the BIA and monitor the open actions till closure within timeline
Having knowledge of GRC tools and working experience in managing MIS, analysis, MS office, relevant tools and applications to manage the BCP
Able to perform inspections and analysis of the organization's preparedness and make suggestions on how to improve recovery time after a natural disaster or emergency that may cause a loss of information or functionality
To have knowledge of creation of Internal Financial Control, RCMs, RCSA testing, Scenario Analysis and Loss Data
Responsible to ensure periodic assessment including visit branches / Vendor locations for Risk Assessment as per plan
