Business Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Specialist in New Delhi. The Business Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analyzing and conducting business planning, maintaining and managing business communication, and customer service. The Business Specialist will also be responsible for building and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in business planning and managing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proven success in customer service and customer relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with relevant software programs
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  

Relevant certifications in business or technology would be beneficial for this role. A candidate should possess a strong business acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
