Job Description :
'Essential Skill :

Key responsibilities :
  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing IMS services opportunities.
  • This includes pursuit management, deal strategy, deal structuring and story boarding, solutions architecting
  • Working closely and establishing relationships with Industry Group BDMs, AMs and Presales Team
  • Build credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
  • Pricing Model and Contracting
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints, Conceptualize, Design & development of next-gen digital solutions
  • Farm existing accounts of LTIM to grow IMS revenue
  • Collaborate in the pursuit of new logo revenue o Contribute to the growth of Cloud and Infra revenue by 30% CAGR per annum
  • Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Enabling delivery sales revenue at least equal to assigned quota quarterly.
  • Accurately forecast business deals to be closed.
  • Maintain contact and opportunity information completely, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prospect to establish new accounts or extend business in existing accounts.
  • Attend and represent various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
  • Have a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation.
  • Leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
  • Set customer expectations consistent with LTIM service offerings and delivery potential.
  • Qualities to lead people, assign sales targets and manage competency development.
  • Ability to conduct due-diligence, provide roadmap and strategy for IT Operations and Transformations
Soft Skills :
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation Communication and public speaking skills.
  • Demonstrable technical knowledge and consultative skills and able to disseminate information. Demonstrated experience and expertise in consultative selling to influencers & decision-makers by reinforcing the business value of solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management, vendors, and customers.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical/reasoning skills.
  • Proven time management skills while remaining flexible in responding to changing company and client needs.
Credential Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation (Ex: BE/M. Tech or MBA in Sales and Marketing)


Relevant Experience :Â

hybrid experience of onsite and offshore of 3+ years Potential candidate will be a presales consultant, with a strong technical knowledge of Data Centers, Networks, Security, Workplace Services and Service Desk.'
