Position Overview: Gocomet is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who possesses exceptional communication, confidence, aptitude, and typing skills, along with basic knowledge in recruitment processes. As an integral member of our HR team, the Talent Acquisition Intern will support various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, data entry, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter candidate information and update recruitment databases and systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in Recruitment Process: Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and facilitating the overall recruitment process.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation, including resumes, interview notes, and candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional service and support at every stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in MBA in Human resource or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Confidence and professionalism when interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Duration : 6 months

Stipend : 15000 per month during Internship

PPO : Based on performance

PPO CTC : 4-5 LPA
