Job Location: Rudrapur

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in various processes of production and assembly
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and of outgoing products
• Should clearly understand the specifications and requirements of the products
• Inspect and test assembled motor vehicles, components, and parts
• Supervise the products as they proceed through stages of assembly process by applying knowledge of quality assurance standards procedures
• Review quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications and production schedules
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
• Directs workers in quality assurance inspection & testing, to assure that establishment regulatory standards are met
• Assigns training to new workers
• Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources.
• Involve in team driven actions to help improvements
• Performs other duties as described under the role of a quality supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Should be a graduate with a proven experience of 6 - 8 years as Quality Supervisor or similar role
• Certification in quality control is preferred
• Should have knowledge and experience in supervising the cutting and stitching jobs, preferably in an Automotive or Automobile Industry
• Should have strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be self-motivated with a results-driven approach
