Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop engaging and conversion-focused content for ads on various platforms.
- Ensure that ad content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital advertising campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation based on campaign performance.
- Craft compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve ad messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure advertising strategies align with broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience in creating engaging social media content for ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging.
