Job description
Job Responsiblities:
1. Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements for new and modified requests. 2. During requirements sessions, provide recommendations to streamline and optimize processes. 3. Analyze business requirements and develop technical and non-technical requirements including form layout, fields, business/ process workflows, Automation and other data requirements. 4. Defines test cases and acceptance criteria. 5. Represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes. 6. Supports testing in pre-prod environments to ensure that the documented requirements are met. 7. Assist with delivery of end user training. 8. Knowledge of Process automation, Lean six sigma is added advantage
Desired Skill:
Rich Experience on Service Now is mandatory 4 Years of experience as a BA in IT Infrastructure Domain
Relevant Experience:
5 to to 6 Years of overall experience with 4 Years of experience as a BA in IT Infrastructure Domain
